Visits
In person, by video, both, or no meeting
Open a service under Services and choose its Mode under Visit defaults: In person, Video call, both, or neither. With neither on, the service has no meeting at all, as in asynchronous care. Its visits show No meeting, and patients see no place and no call, but still get the service's forms, consents and interviews.
Patients choose how to meet
When a service is offered both ways, patients choose In person or Video call on the booking page before they confirm. Each service on the page also says how it's held. Visits your team books start in person.
Your Visit booked email, every time
The email patients get when a visit is booked is now always your Visit booked template, from Settings → Notifications → Message templates. Forms, consents and interviews sent with the visit are listed under your message, each with its link. Turn Visit booked off and they still go out, in an email of their own. Which of them go follows the Form received, Consent ready to sign and Interview received switches. Before, a booking that came with forms sent a fixed email of its own.
Also in visits
- No meeting on any visit. The visit dialogs have No meeting beside In person and Video call, for a visit that needs neither.

Billing
Bill each clinician at their level
Under Settings → Billing → Fee Schedule, choose Add pricing level, name it, such as NP or Intern, and set its Rate as a percent of every fee. Pick its Clinicians, or choose a clinician's Pricing level on their Provider info tab in Settings → Team → Team Members. Their visits are then priced at the level's rate on claims, invoices and self-pay prices alike. A level can also list single codes at their own rate. Changing a visit's clinician re-prices its draft invoice.
Prices for members, plan by plan
Each membership plan can now take its own discount off what members pay themselves. Under Memberships on the same page, choose Add membership, pick the Membership plan, and set what comes Off every code and service and Off every product. Add a row for any code, service, product or package priced differently: a percent off, an amount off or a fixed member price. Claims are never discounted. The discount shows on the invoice as Member discount, with the plan's name.
Also in billing
- Included means nothing to pay. A visit that uses up a package or membership allowance now shows the service as Included, and the patient owes nothing for it. Before, its invoice billed the full price.
- Clinic codes. Price codes of your own that aren't CPT codes, such as a monthly program code. Type one in the code picker and choose Use … as a clinic code. Clinic codes price invoices but are never sent to insurers.
- Charges per service. A service's Claim lines can carry their own Charge / unit, such as an adult and a pediatric version of the same code. Leave it blank to use the fee schedule.
- Default prices as a percent. Set a Default self-pay price for codes you haven't listed, and a Default charge and Default expected allowed for each payer.
- Import into a plan or a level. Import a spreadsheet of codes straight into a membership or a pricing level. Sheets exported from another practice system work too, title row and all.
And more
Leads
- More than one converted status. Under Settings → Growth → Leads, add converted statuses of your own, such as one for leads who booked and one for leads who joined a membership. Choose the Status when you convert a lead, and move converted leads between them later.
Website widgets
- Forms that open filled in. On pages that already know who's visiting, such as a patient area, the chat, contact and booking widgets can open with the visitor's name, email, phone and date of birth filled in. The Prefill part of each widget's embed instructions lists what to add.
