Yes. Ona checks eligibility automatically when an insured visit is booked and again in the 48 hours before it, putting copay, deductible and out-of-pocket on the patient record. A draft claim is built from the visit and kept in sync with the chart; your team reviews it, submits it through the built-in Ona Clearing House (or your own Claim.MD account), and ERAs post payments back to the claim and the patient's invoice. Rejected and denied claims are corrected and resubmitted from the same claims list, secondary claims included.
