New

Omnichannel

Contacts beyond your patients

Keep the practices, payers, pharmacies, labs and vendors you deal with under Contacts in Omnichannel. Click New to start a conversation with a patient, a contact or someone on your team. You can also type any number or email to call, text or email it straight away. Conversations with a contact are grouped under their name, and calls and messages from their number or email are matched to them.

Also in Omnichannel

  • Keyboard shortcuts. Use J and K to move between conversations, E to archive, R to reply, C to start a new conversation and / to search. Press ? to see them all.

Improved

Visits

Intake reminders

Add an Intake reminder to your visit reminders under Settings → Notifications. It resends the forms, consents and interviews a patient hasn't finished, with fresh links. Each reminder now goes out only on the channels you pick for it.

Turn off notifications for a service

In a service's Visit notifications card, switch notifications off to stop automatic booking, reminder, reschedule and intake messages for its visits. You can also Customize its intake timing and reminders instead of using the practice's. Anything your team sends by hand still goes out.

Tag self-booked visits

Turn on Tag online bookings under Settings → Scheduling → Online Booking, and every visit a patient books online gets the tags you choose. Tag receptionist bookings under Settings → AI Receptionist does the same for visits the receptionist books on a call.

Also in visits

  • Visit previews in the month view. Hover a visit in the monthly calendar to see the patient, clinician, service, location, insurance and confirmation. From there you can change its status, edit it or open it.
  • Easier template picking. Adding forms, consents or interviews now uses one search field where you can pick several at once. Templates already sent for the visit are marked.

Improved

Faxes

Type on a fax before you reply

Sign & Reply is now Edit & Reply. Add text, checkmarks, crosses and dates anywhere on the fax, drag your signature into place, and add a reply page before you send it back.

And more

Fixed

  • Voicemail beep. When the AI receptionist hands a call to voicemail, the caller now hears a beep before leaving their message.
  • Team phone numbers. A member's phone number can no longer be set to the practice's own number, which caused calls to loop. Settings → Omnichannel now lists each member's number and flags any that match the practice's.
