Do I pay extra for AI features?

No. AI-powered intake, conversational assessments, and note drafting are included in the base seat price at no extra cost. The only separately priced AI add-on is the AI receptionist, which starts at $199+ per month depending on the practice.

What's the difference between a practitioner seat and a staff seat?
