How does Ona's pricing work?
Ona is priced per seat, per month. Practitioner seats are $130 and non-clinical staff seats are $45. Every feature is included on every plan — you only add optional priced add-ons like e-prescribing or the AI receptionist when you need them. For example, 2 practitioner seats plus 1 staff seat comes to $305 per month.

Do I pay extra for AI features?
No. AI-powered intake, conversational assessments, and note drafting are included in the base seat price at no extra cost. The only separately priced AI add-on is the AI receptionist at $499 per month, which includes 1,500 minutes of calls.
What's the difference between a practitioner seat and a staff seat?
A practitioner seat ($130) is for a clinician who sees patients and needs the full clinical workspace. A staff seat ($45) is for front-desk, billing, and admin team members. Every seat is on the same platform — staff seats are simply scoped to non-clinical work.
