A dashboard built from widgets

The dashboard home is now a grid of widgets: My Schedule, Notifications, My Tasks, Week Capacity, visit and patient counts with trends, consent, form and interview progress, Birthdays, and, where your practice uses them, Eligibility, Claims in Flight and Leads Pipeline. Admins, clinicians and staff each start from a layout that suits their role, and only see widgets for the work they can do.

The range picker in the header (1D, 7D, 30D, 90D, 12M) sets the period for every count widget at once, and each one compares that period with the one before it.

Make it yours

Choose Customize to rearrange the dashboard. Drag widgets to reorder them, drag the corner to resize, and remove any with ×. As a widget grows it shows more, so My Schedule moves from today's agenda to a multi-day calendar. Add widget opens a catalogue you can search or filter by My day, Clinical, Operations and Billing. Drag a card onto the grid where you want it. You can add the same widget more than once.

Choose Done to save. Your layout is yours alone, and it follows you to every device you sign in from. Reset puts back the default for your role, and Cancel discards the changes.

Customize: drag, resize, and add from the catalogue.

Dashboard changes

  • Widgets by role. Admins, clinicians and staff each start from their own layout, and only see widgets for the work they can do.
  • One range for every count. Pick 1D to 12M once, and each count shows its change from the previous period.
  • Resize to see more. Widgets show more as they grow.
  • Saved per member. Your arrangement follows you across devices and doesn't change anyone else's.
  • Back to the default any time. Reset restores your role's layout. If you keep it, you'll also get later improvements to that layout.

Choose when visit intake goes out

Settings → Notifications now has a Visit notifications section with an Intake timing setting. Choose When the visit is booked to send forms, consents and interviews with the booking confirmation. Choose Scheduled to hold them and send everything together a set time before the visit, for example three days. Held intake goes out as one email listing every item, plus a text for each form or consent where texting is on. Consents, forms and interviews each have their own timing, so consents can go out on booking while forms wait until three days before.

Each service can override the practice setting under Notifications in the service editor. Turn on Customize intake timing, so a long-range follow-up can wait while a same-week consult still sends on booking.

New

Scheduled and cancelled intake

Held items appear in a Scheduled group on the patient's Forms, Consents and Interviews tabs, with the time they will go out. Patients can't see them until then. Send now releases an item early, and Cancel in its menu withdraws it and keeps it listed under Cancelled. Pending items now show how the link reached the patient, such as Sent by email and SMS, or Link not sent.

If a visit is rescheduled, its intake is rescheduled with it. If a visit is cancelled or archived, anything still waiting is cancelled. When you add forms, consents or interviews, the arrow next to the send option offers Send now, With the visit's intake, or Pick a time….

Scheduled, pending and cancelled, each in its own group.

Intake changes

  • Visit notifications. "Appointment reminders" is now Visit reminders, grouped with intake timing.
  • One email, not five. Scheduled intake for a visit goes out together in one email.
  • Follows the visit. Rescheduling moves the send time. Cancelling or archiving withdraws what hasn't gone out.
  • Your call, per item. Send any scheduled item now, cancel it, or schedule a new one for any time.
  • Delivery at a glance. Pending items show whether the link went by email, SMS or not at all.

Online bookings now send the intake

The forms, consents and interviews set on a service now go out when a patient books that service themselves, whether on your booking page or through the AI receptionist. Before, only visits booked by your team sent them. Patients get the same single email listing every item that a staff-booked visit sends. It follows your Intake timing setting like any other visit. For a service that takes payment at booking, nothing goes out until the payment goes through.
