The Activity Log is an admin-only page that shows patient record activity across your organization. In the left sidebar, click Settings (at the bottom). In the settings menu, under General, click Activity Log. Use the filters at the top to narrow what you see, then load older entries when you need to go further back.

What is on the Activity Log page?

Open the Activity Log page from Settings → Activity Log to see a timeline of organization-wide patient activity, newest first.

ItemWhat it does
ActivityThe main timeline of log entries.
EveryoneShows activity from all team members, or one selected team member.
Any timeShows activity from all dates, or one of the recent ranges.
ClearRemoves the selected filters.
Load older activityLoads earlier entries below the ones already shown.
Patient linkOpens the patient’s chart when the entry is tied to a patient.

If there are no entries, the page shows No activity. If loading fails and there are no entries on screen yet, it shows Couldn't load activity with a Try again button.

What do the filters do?

Open Settings → Activity Log to narrow the timeline without leaving the page.

EveryoneShows activity from all team members. Choose one person to show only their activity.
Any timeShows activity from all recent dates. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days to limit the log.
ClearAppears after you apply a filter. It resets both filters so you can return to the full log.

You can use either filter on its own or both together.

What does the timeline show?

Open Settings → Activity Log to see the timeline grouped by day and then by the person who made the changes.

  • The page shows a timeline, not a totals report.
  • The filters are limited to team member and recent date range.
  • You can load older entries, but there is no page count.
