In Settings → Organization, upload a practice logo in Logo when you want patients to see your branding instead of Ona on invoices and superbills.

Use Practice logo (1) to preview the current logo or the new one you picked, and use Upload logo (2) to choose a file.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Settings. In the settings menu, click Organization.
  2. In Logo, select Upload logo. If you already have a logo, select Replace.
  3. Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP file that is no larger than 2 MB.

Ona shows the image in Practice logo as a preview. The change is staged first, so patients do not see the new logo until the page is saved.

In Settings → Organization, remove your practice logo in Logo when you want invoices and superbills to show Ona instead.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Settings. In the settings menu, click Organization.
  2. In Logo, select Remove.

The logo is marked for removal when the page is saved. After the page is saved, patients see Ona instead of your practice logo on invoices and superbills.

What can't I do here?

In Settings → Organization, logo changes in Logo are limited in these ways:

  • Staff and clinicians cannot manage this setting.
  • You can upload only one logo file at a time.
  • The file must be a PNG, JPEG or WebP image.
  • The file cannot be larger than 2 MB.
  • Uploading, replacing or removing a logo does not publish the change right away. The change waits until the page is saved.

Common questions

This logo is used on patient-facing pages, including invoices and superbills.

What file types can I use?

You can use PNG, JPEG or WebP. The file must be 2 MB or smaller.

Why didn't my new logo show up yet?

Uploading or removing a logo only stages the change first. Patients see the new result after the page is saved.

What happens if my file is too large or the wrong type?

Ona shows an error that says Can't use that image. Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP file that is 2 MB or smaller.

What happens if Ona can't read the file?

Ona shows an error that says Couldn't read that file and asks you to try a different image.
